Right of withdrawal
Last updated 28 September 2026
Kunuus is only for businesses (traders and self-employed professionals), not for consumers, so there is no statutory right of withdrawal. We voluntarily give you the following right of withdrawal.
1. When you can withdraw
If you subscribe to a plan straight away, without using the free trial first, you can withdraw from that first contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is concluded, i.e. with your first payment.
2. When there is no right of withdrawal
- If you used the 14-day free trial: during that time you could try Kunuus without obligation and without a payment method. There is no right of withdrawal for the plan you subscribe to afterwards.
- For renewals, plan changes and further contracts for the same business.
- For deposits your customers pay to you through your own Stripe account – your own rules apply to those.
3. How to withdraw
Tell us within the period with a clear statement, by email to info@kunuus.com or by post to BITKNZ, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (BITKNZ S.L.), Avenida Diagonal 449, 4th Floor, Barcelona, Spain. Please include your business's name and your account's email address. Sending your statement before the period ends is enough.
Template: "I hereby withdraw from the contract for the Kunuus subscription for my business [business name], concluded on [date], account [email address]."
4. What happens then
- We refund all payments for this contract without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with, free of charge.
- Your subscription ends immediately, and your booking page, links and widget go offline.
- Your data stays in your account. On request we export or delete it (see the privacy policy).
5. Your other rights
Separately, you can cancel your subscription any time under Billing, effective at the end of the current billing period (see the Terms). Statutory rights are not affected.
